Steve's professional journey began as the General Manager of the esteemed Little Club in Gulf Stream, FL, where he honed his skills in overseeing operations and providing exceptional service. He later assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Woodfield Country Club, a distinguished Kolter Property Company in Boca Raton, FL.
Throughout his real estate career, Steve has held prominent positions, including Director of Sales and Services at the renowned Bear's Club in Jupiter, FL, Vice President of Operations at Mountain Sotheby's in North Carolina, President & Managing Broker at Pristine Properties International, and Senior Vice President at Golden Bear Realty. He also served as an SVP at William Raveis and worked as a Broker Associate with Corcoran in Palm Beach County.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is an active member of the community, dedicating his leadership and execution skills to numerous organizations. He was a valued member of the Club Managers Association of America from 1987 to 2000 and held positions such as President Elect of the Okeechobee County Board of Realtors and President of the Coastal Conservation Board of South Palm Beach. Additionally, Steve served on the Governing Board of Supervisors for Palm Beach County Soil & Water Conservation. Currently, he serves as the President of the Rod & Gun Club of Florida and as a Board Member of Farm Bureau Palm Beach County. In 2014, Steve was proudly inducted into the Pope John Paul HS Hall of Fame.

I am pleased to to write on behalf of Stephen Jara who worked at The Bear's Club from 2001 until 2005. The Bear's Club is a private club in Jupiter, FL, which consists of a 400 acre golf club, 60 estate homes, 17 Golf Villas and 13 Club Cottages. Steve was the Director of Services for the POA and Director of Real Estate Sales and Marketing for our Private Club. His responsibilities also included the design and implementation of community estate management and implementation of our concierge service program. Steve also assisted during the development of plans, permitting and other aspects related to the completion of the club. Steve has an excellent background and years of experience. He did a fine job for us at The Bear's Club, and is a responsible, detailed-oriented professional who handles himself well.
